1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within the UK usually takes 3-4 business days.
2. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at Contact@lutele.com.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
4. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to more regions soon.
5. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer free return shipping within the UK, with no restocking fees. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.
6. Are there any items that can't be returned?
We do not have any “final sale” items. All products are eligible for return within the 30-day return window.
7. How do I start a return?

8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at Contact@lutele.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
